It was recently reported that the Department of Homeland Security has expressed interest in a “safety bracelet” for air travelers that would include personal information and would not only track the wearer but also be capable of remotely delivering a taser-like shock. Fox’s News’ Megyn Kelly talked with terrorism expert Neil Livingstone, who downplayed the reports. “This is kind of an exaggerated story,” he stated. “I don’t think there’s going to be a shock element on it. That’s going too far.” However, Livingstone, who has a history of making extreme claims about the threats posed by terrorists, saw nothing wrong with the radio-tracking aspect. “Flying is not a right, it is a privilege,” he stated. Livingstone also suggested that there might be a growing market for such devices, saying, “We may see, actually, these kinds of devices put on felons in order to get parole” This video is from Fox’s America’s Newsroom, broadcast July 11, 2008.
WHO EVER SAID IT WAS A PRIVILEGE THATS WHAT NWO ASSHOLES LIKE THAT GUY ON THE RIGHT TRY TO MAKE US BELIEVE… SOMEONE NEEDS TO BASH HIS HEAD IN…
You cannot defy anybody a terrorist! The real Terrorist are the people putting these things on us!
Proposed Airport ID bracelets could shock potential terrorists…and passengers.
What if you dropped your luggage from the overhead compartment and it made a loud bang? The cabin crew would get the remote control out and shock you, if they were trigger-happy enough.
I think this is a great friggin idea. This would have stopped 9/11. The second those Hijackers jumped up out of their seats, the airline attendant just points her wand at them and turns them into a gigglin mess for a few minutes.
I’m not saying im happy about it. I travel a lot. Its just the reality that our world has become a dangerous place.
You are a brainwashed moron.
Traveling is absolutely a right!
Privilege and right are on the same line stupid goverment agents dont even know the meaning of right I can do a better job
@skullaria dude this was 2 years ago, how come this has not happened?
@ColeDragoth no dude it is a privilege
Is it me, or does this guy sound like he’d really like to put them on all of us?
Am I in the fucking twilight zone or what?!!! WTF
This does make sense. So when the extremely common and totally logical terrorist act of blowing up planes in the air occurs, stop and fiddle with your computer to shock them rather than whipping out your gun.
I don’t think they are trying to make them feel better. I think they are trying to make things safe for people who don’t blow up planes.
He said “Flying” is a privilege. He is right.
He said “Flying” is a privilege. And he is right!
What a great solution. But why stop there. Why ever remove them? Think of how secure all of us would be……
Traveling is a RIGHT, not a privilege!
Accoring to our Constitution here in Canada, traveling anywhere within Canada and the ability to leave Canada is a right… not a privilege. I’m sure the American Constitution has the same provisions no?
They can allready track you by your cell phone. They track who and what they want too.
I don’t worry about it much don’t plan on leaving the farm.
You see that smile, when she said when you get out of line. Thier sick,no we all cant get along!
The NWO is coming down upon us. Remember “The Matrix”? It is not so far from the truth – think about it.
Also watch Jesse Ventura on Tru TV, as he represents the truth as it IS NOW….
The “government” is picking and choosing who they want to survive on this planet….and doing quite a good job at it!
EVERYTHING we do that involves ELECTRICITY in any form is tracked by the “government”…..So when will we realize it is time to turn it off?
lost luggage, you know, YOU end up on a island and stuck there for ohhhhh 20 years
Notice that? Travel is a privilege…not a right? Marxist bastards!
this is bulllshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
